10- Industrial Stoving Alkyd Coatings:

They are formulated based on a properly selected combination of alkyd resins which are cured with urea formaldehyde and melamine formaldehyde by stoving in a wide range of temperatures. Good adhesion, proper hardness, impactability, yellowing resistance, high gloss and gloss retention are some of the main properties of this products. They are mainly used for coating of the metallic surfaces in appliances and automotive industries. Alkyd-Urea coatings are applied as primers and Alkyd-Melamines can be used as topcoats. Gasoline can also be used as thinner for some products in this group.

Saman 36200 is a stoving finish which yields a highly durable hard film with good adhesion, high gloss, gloss retention and weathering resistance.  This product is used  for protecting and decorating of refrigerators, bikes and motorbikes, appliances, etc.

Stoving alkyd clear coat

Saman 37000 is a clear coat which yield a durable film with high adhesion after cross-linking. It provides abrasion and scratching resistance as well as resistance against chemical spillages. It can also be applied on base coat to enhance the appearance.

 37220

Stoving alkyd primer

Saman 37220 is a stoving primer for ferrous substrates with good adhesion, impactability, good flexibility and good sandability which make this product suitable for appliances, automotive and agricultural equipment industries.
