Industrial Stoving Alkyd Coatings:
|
They are formulated based on a
properly selected combination of alkyd resins which are
cured with urea formaldehyde and melamine formaldehyde by
stoving in a wide range of temperatures. Good adhesion,
proper hardness, impactability, yellowing resistance, high
gloss and gloss retention are some of the main properties
of this products. They are mainly used for coating of the
metallic surfaces in appliances and automotive industries.
Alkyd-Urea coatings are applied as primers and
Alkyd-Melamines can be used as topcoats. Gasoline can also
be used as thinner for some products in this group.
